      Yes, there are some very sickly Christmas songs around – like your post! (you may like this one for lack of sentimentality – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=My5Bzf0PQhc ) I personally think there should be no Christmas songs, decorations up, ads on tv until 1st December, having it shoved in your face since September these days takes something out of it.
